Creation Club VS Modding Community By Brett Keane

Creation Club VS Modding Community By Brett Keane

Many of us know what it was like to play Skyrim and the ESO series. Heading over to the Nexus site or some Japanese site to grab some mods. Remember downloading mods off foreign sites and find out you have a Virus now that killed your pc? My personal favorite was seeing neat ass looking mods all over Nexus and downloading a few that would cause Skyrim to crash or freeze and then reinstalling the whole game. My entire experience with PC Fallout 4 and Nexus mods was pure garbage. Here is why...

I enjoy immersion mods and realism in my games. I like turning Skyrim into a survival Sims game so I can feel like I'm actually in the experience. Food, Drink, Cold, Wet. I also like my sky to change up with clouds and occasion ravenous Dragons followed by winged monkies that scream Atheism flinging goo. I even downloaded a mod that claims when I sleep monsters can sneak up on me and some even get into my nightmares. It was a nightmare alright. My PC blew up.

I love mods and have designed some myself to make the games more interesting. I never felt entitled. Some modders and players don't think a game company should make money. Some of these delusional basement dwellers actually think that if they extract outfits from a game and color them green and yellow this some how makes them better than the company itself. I can't tell you how many times I've listened to these clueless Kunt Muppets claim if it wasn't for them the companies would not survive. Umm...you made an umbrella pink you dumb hamster sack.

What is the Creation Club?

Creation Club is a collection of all-new content for both Fallout 4 and Skyrim. It features new items, abilities, and gameplay created by Bethesda Games Studios and outside development partners including the best community creators. https://creationclub.bethesda.net/en content is fully curated and compatible with the main game and official add-ons.

Should good modders get paid? Yep. Should a company be allowed to sell their own shit? Yep. Wanna know a secret that Nexus hasn't shared? The people who created the Nexus are making money on everyone's mods. Does no one see the ads all over the place? That is correct. You upload and they sell ads. They will bitch and moan about a company that designed the game being assholes for wanting to make money. While grabbing their shit and selling retextures.

I like it when companies are motivated and inspired to make more content for games. I buy Sims shit and ESO crown crap all the time. Love my pets and pretty outfits. Modders got pissed at Sony awhile back for not allowing crazy mods and porn. That is another problem with modders. They like to put naked women in the games and pixel rape them. This in their perception is what makes them so talented and better than the actual company who created the engine and game itself. Let me give you an example of what these bullshit modders are doing as we speak and to date. Pics below.

Oh, Nice...I always wanted to have a hairy werewolf dick...

What types of content will be included in Creation Club?

Creation Club will feature a wide variety of content including but not limited to:
  • WEAPONS: New weapons, material skins, parts, etc.
  • APPAREL: New outfits, armor, and items for your character.
  • WORLD: New locations, decorations, foliage, etc.
  • CHARACTERS: New abilities, characters, companions, etc.
  • CREATURES: New enemies, mounts, pets, etc.
  • GAMEPLAY: New types of gameplay like survival mode, etc.
  • What platforms will Creation Club support?

Creation Club will be available in Summer 2017 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC for Fallout 4 and Skyrim Special Edition.

Mods that actually add to gameplay I'm in love with. My PC crashing all day and reinstalling has made me not enjoy games period. In the end, it's all about choice. I like diversity. I know why modders are pissed...it makes them feel important when they do very little. They don't want to compete with professionals.
